Hi, Meet your team at All Ears

Anina

Owner, with over 12 Years of Training Experience

Hi, I’m Anina, a passionate dog trainer with over 12 years of experience in the field. My journey into dog training may have started with a degree in Medical Biochemistry, but my true passion has always been working with dogs. Over time, I made the decision to pivot my career and focus on what I love—helping dogs and their owners build strong, trusting relationships through training.

With a background in competition-style obedience, behavioural modification, and basic pet obedience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. My training approach is grounded in patience, clear communication, positive reinforcement and balanced training methods. Whether through board and train programs, private lessons, or group classes, I am dedicated to helping every dog reach their full potential.

I believe that training is more than just teaching commands—it’s about understanding the dog as an individual and finding solutions that work for both the dog and their owner. I’m here to help you navigate the world of dog training, no matter your goals or challenges. Whether you're looking to dabble in higher level obedience, correct behavioural issues, or simply improve your dog's manners, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Let’s work together to create a happier, more well-behaved dog and build a stronger bond between you and your canine companion!

Jeffrey

Longest standing employee

Jeffrey is a 7 year old miniature dachshund and the spiciest little fellow there is. He is the definition of "little dogs can train too". Jeffrey is the demo dog extraordinaire. His favourite past-times include, but are not limited to, squirrel chasing, digging on the beach and playing tug-of-war with his friends.

Skye

Puppy Specialist

Skye is a 5 year old German Shepherd. It is said that every dog comes into your life for a reason. Skye has taught me so much, and made me grow as a handler, trainer and pet owner. She is the first dog I ever started protection sports with, and she showed me so much about drive channelling, working within thresholds, and overstimulation. Skye's favourite thing in the whole world is playing fetch at the beach. If you ever see us down at the beach, she will be announcing her joy in true shepherd fashion. This lady is NOT quiet about her feelings. Skye is amazing with puppies and is affectionately known as mama Skye.

Vita

The "Problem" Child

Vita is a 1.5 year old German Shepherd. This girl has energy for days. She is a true high drive shepherd. Vita was purchased with the intention of going into competition in the sport of IGP. She is currently training towards her first level in the sport. When not training, Vita enjoys trying to make everyone around her as crazy as she is. Vita is such a fun dog to work with and we can't wait to see where she goes in the future.
